Biography

Malaika Zweig is a Los Angeles based painter. She received her BFA from the California College of the Arts in San Francisco (1999) and her MFA from the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston (2005), with additional studies at L’ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris, France. Her work has been exhibited publicly since 1997 and is held in private collections throughout the US and in Paris, France. Malaika Zweig teaches painting and drawing at colleges in Los Angeles including UCLA.
